Join us for a lovely relaxing day and learn how to make a beautiful Macramé bag!

This class is ideal for beginners who are interested in learning the basics of macramé.

You will learn a variety of different knotting techniques and pattern sequences that will give you the basic knowledge to create an absolutely stunning macramé shoulder bag.

All materials are provided. We have different colours of 100% cotton cord available to choose from to create your beautiful bag. Please note colours are subject to availability.

Each participant will also be provided with a knotting guide to take home with them.

Macramé can be both physically and mentally challenging, so we recommend having a good night sleep and a big breakfast before coming to the workshop, to give yourself lots of energy to power on through. Remember to take a little rest here and there as you need. It’s a good idea to bring along some snacks to keep you going. Also, it helps to wear comfortable clothes & shoes as macramé can be quite a work out!  You will honestly be surprised at how fast the time goes when you are deep in macramé creative mode.

This workshop will be held at our studio space, located in Chai Wan.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket and attending the workshop, you agree to the following terms. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety during the workshop, we cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damages, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the event.

Refund Policy

All tickets for events and workshops are final and non-refundable.

If a Typhoon No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the workshop will be rescheduled. In cases where we must cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of your registration fee will be provided, processed within 20 days of cancellation.

Attendance Requirements

Workshops require a minimum of 4 attendees to proceed. If fewer than 4 people register, the workshop will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please inform us of the name change by contacting us at maker.workshop.booking@gmail.com.
